Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of retail loss prevention experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role
  • W-Z Interview Certification Required (CFI designation preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • General computer proficiency
  • Must be comfortable with 60–70% travel.

Role Description As an Event Manager, you will focus on the successful execution of Cengage events (in-person and virtual) with a focus on exceptional customer experience. Role Description Temporal’s Global Events & Field Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Events & Field Marketing – AMER to lead the strategy and execution of our North America events and field marketing program while providing leadership and operational oversight to our field marketing teams in EMEA, APJ, and AMER. Reporting to the Global Lead, Events & Field Marketing, this role will own the North America events strategy and execution, partner closely with sales leadership across new logo, growth, and commercial segments, and ensure regional programs align to a cohesive global events and field marketing strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
