Job Description

Customer Project Manager

TOMRA

• Reporting to the Manager, Customer Project Management, cooperating with a team of highly skilled engineers, responsible for the execution of the most advanced process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s largest and most important customers. • Involves the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of a structured stage gate process, where you will cooperate at 360 degrees with customers, from the initial, pre-sale interactions to the final commissioning of TOMRA’s solutions. • Manage Tomra Food projects including peeling and sorting equipment as well as peripherals from quotation stage right through to commissioning. • Aide the sales team in accurately costing projects and identifying project risks at the quotation stage when required. • Develop the equipment, process, and product expertise required to assist Sales and the Customer in developing the correct solution for their application. • Ensure customer design standards/expectations are communicated to the project design team and executed accordingly ensuring customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain working relationships with 3rd party vendors. • Assist with equipment supplier negotiations. • Responsible for controlling the project budget and change order management. • Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure project schedules are maintained. • Ensure that projects align with organisational goals and objectives. • Conduct regular customer visits, ensuring a hands-on project management approach. • Facilitate the smooth handover of the project to the Service Organisation at the end of the project execution phase. • Comprehend health and safety management responsibilities and adhere to all relevant legal obligations and TOMRA Safe standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industry-related design or project role.
  • Experience in the food or machinery industry is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capability with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Role Description Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Project Manager. This position falls under our payables line of business. In this role, the Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing projects related to the company’s CRM ecosystem, which plays a critical role in managing the full customer lifecycle. Corpay’s CRM is built on Salesforce.com, and this role will support multiple lines of business in delivering CRM enhancements and solutions. This role blends traditional project management responsibilities with light business analysis duties, including requirements gathering and translation for technical teams. The CRM Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and third-party partners.
