Role Description DATA ANALYST - RURAL HEALTH PROGRAM You are required to live in New Mexico to be considered for this role. - Supports data management, reporting, and performance monitoring activities for statewide rural health transformation initiatives. - Assists in development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and structured data products used to track program implementation and provider performance. - Performs data extraction, cleaning, validation, and analysis to support recurring reporting requirements and ad hoc requests. - Maintains structured datasets and tracking systems aligned with program reporting and compliance needs. - Develops standard reports and visualizations to support performance monitoring across provider initiatives. - Assists in identifying trends, inconsistencies, and data quality issues. - Coordinates with data, technical assistance, and program teams to support data-driven decision-making. - Contributes to preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for state and federal stakeholders. - Maintains organized, audit-ready documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting outputs. - Supports continuous improvement of data processes and workflows. - Up to 25% travel may be required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public health, health informatics, statistics, economics, or related field required. - Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data management. - Experience working with Excel, SQL, R, SAS, or other data tools to manage and analyze datasets. - Experience developing reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to validate and reconcile data across sources. - Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, or public health programs preferred. - Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and priorities in a structured environment. Pay Range The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: - $74,090.00 - $125,954.00

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three: a staff data scientist and two analysts, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused environment. • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support on high-stakes analytics and data science projects, ensuring the team has the tools, context, and skills needed to do their best work. • Actively invest in the team’s AI fluency and utilization, evaluating emerging AI tools and techniques and leveraging Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and related tools to accelerate analytical workflows and extend team capacity. • Own and advance program analytics in support of Ignite Reading’s Academics team, providing rigorous measurement of curriculum performance and student success, including assessment against third-party benchmarks such as DIBELS, iReady, and STAR, and conducting analyses to inform what types of interventions to develop and to determine how effective they are. • Own and advance product analytics across Ignite Reading’s platform, measuring feature adoption, student engagement, and usage patterns to inform product strategy and prioritization. • Help drive the development of the company’s experimentation platform, establishing best practices for experimental design, analysis, and interpretation. • Roll up your sleeves alongside the team on selected analytics projects: responding to high-priority ad hoc requests, designing prototypes to accelerate builds, and personally owning discrete analyses end to end. • Own sprint management, project execution, and delivery for the Product & Program Analytics team, conducting planning sessions and leading retrospectives to continuously improve team processes. • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Product and Academics stakeholders, translating business and academic questions into analytical initiatives and communicating findings clearly to non-technical audiences. • Collaborate on the team’s strategic roadmap with the VP of Data & Analytics, aligning project priorities with organizational goals and tracking progress against timelines.

As a Payment Integrity Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and documenting targeted algorithms, conducting analyses of health care membership and cost data, and assuring data quality. As a PI DA you will partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop algorithms for inventory creation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the business and underlying client agreements. Documentation includes creating specifications for product or process builds, creating business requirements or process flows, interpreting results, developing actionable insights, and presenting recommendations for business use. Team members use business intelligence, data visualization, query, and analytic software to build solutions, perform analysis, and interpret data. PI DAs contribute their subject matter expertise in the design of analytics and algorithms. Role Description This position is fully remote, with a contingency plan to the closest Atrium facility with telestroke set up. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. - Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. - Telestroke RN works collaboratively with the medical team to coordinate appropriate care for acute stroke patients via virtual care. Qualifications - Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. - Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. - Must have NIHSS certification. - Experience in critical care, emergency services, and/or care of acute stroke patients. - Candidates must have at least 5 years of RN experience; this position is not for new grads. Requirements - 12-hour evening shifts, 1045-2315.
