ABM & Paid Specialist – Contract

• Run paid experiments at pace • Launch paid campaigns across digital channels: ABM platforms. • Build, test, and iterate ad creative and copy variations weekly. • Set up tracking, audiences, and conversion events cleanly so we always know what worked. • Ship two experiments per day on average — small, focused tests rather than big launches. • Personalize for target accounts • Build 1:1 and 1:few campaign variants for strategic accounts using account-specific messaging and creative. • Tailor landing pages and ad copy to specific industries, use cases, or company sizes. • Coordinate with the broader ABM and sales teams on account-level targeting and messaging. • Close the loop on what shipped • Log every experiment in the team tracker with hypothesis, setup, and outcome. • Tag results consistently — what worked, what didn't, what we learned. • Write short async recaps so the rest of the team can learn from your tests without sitting in meetings.
Job Requirements
- One to three years of hands-on paid acquisition or ABM execution experience — agency, in-house, or freelance.
- You've personally launched campaigns, not just briefed someone else to do it.
- You don't wait for perfection. You ship a v1, learn, and iterate.
- Comfortable in: Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and AdRoll.
- Can set up basic tracking, UTMs, and conversion events without a manager walking you through it.
- Familiar with one or more creative tools — Figma, Canva, or similar — enough to ship ad variations yourself.
- Strong written English. You'll spend more time writing recaps and briefs than sitting in calls.
- Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
- Direct, clear, and brief in writing. We don't reward long emails.
- You'd rather ship ten small tests than plan one big one.
- You want a role with clear weekly targets and visible outcomes.
- You're comfortable with feedback loops that are fast and direct.

• Assist with Synagro’s long term financial modeling in conjunction with corporate development, business development and finance. • Help build & maintain dynamic models for Synagro, and on specific M&A and investment opportunities, including sources and uses of capital, discounted cash flow, comparable companies, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, and pre- and post-transaction scenarios • Support end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning • Partner closely with business unit leaders and executive stakeholders to define inorganic growth priorities aligned with Synagro’s strategic objectives • Help coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, HR, and external advisors • Support negotiation of transaction structures and key commercial terms in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with equity sponsors. • Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for executive leadership, investment committees, and the Board of Directors • Partner with integration teams to support the development and execution of post-close integration plans • Assist in tracking integration milestones, synergy realization, and value delivery for completed transactions • Conduct post-close reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve M&A execution and integration playbooks
• Perform core day-to-day AP/AR activities • Support finance operations on a part-time basis • Focus on accounts receivable and collections • Ensure invoices are issued accurately and payments are received on time • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval • Communicate with clients about outstanding balances • Maintain accurate financial records and communication logging for each client interaction • Schedule and process payments according to company terms policies • Answer client inquiries with respect to their outstanding accounts • Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding accounts • Assist with other projects as needed • Maintain credit card agreements on file • Prepare basic AR reports including SOAs for clients
