• DÉFINIR LA STRATÉGIE D’INTEGRATION DES LLM EN ENTREPRISE • Conseiller les CTO et les équipes Innovation sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de LLM et d'IA générative • Élaborer des feuilles de route stratégiques alignées sur les objectifs business de nos clients • Réaliser des analyses de marché et une veille technologique régulière pour identifier les opportunités et les tendances émergentes • CONCEVOIR ET DÉPLOYER DES SOLUTIONS LLMOps • Concevoir de bout en bout des architectures robustes pour l'intégration des LLM dans les environnements clients • Aider au choix des méthodes de chunking, des modèles d’embedding, des bases de données vectorielles… • Optimiser les performances des architectures IA et des applications en production en assurant leur scalabilité, leur fiabilité et leur sécurité • ACCOMPAGNER LA TRANSFORMATION DIGITALE A L’ECHELLE • Animer des ateliers de co-construction avec les équipes clientes pour définir les cas d'usage pertinents • Former et sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux enjeux de l'IA générative et des LLM • Piloter le changement en facilitant l'adoption des nouvelles technologies au sein des organisations • PILOTER DES PROJETS LLMOps POUR NOS CLIENTS • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec nos clients tout en conduisant des projets en autonomie • Gérer le planning, les risques et les ressources pour assurer le bon déroulement des missions • Être garant de la qualité de nos réalisations et de la satisfaction client • INNOVER ET DÉVELOPPER L'OFFRE • Contribuer au développement de l'offre LLMOps en collaboration avec nos experts internes • Identifier les synergies possibles avec les autres practices du cabinet • Participer à la rédaction de propositions commerciales et à la réponse aux appels d'offres

Job Requirements

  • Une expérience professionnelle notoire dans le domaine du conseil sur les sujets d’ IA Générative, data engineering, MLOps ou dans un environnement technologique similaire
  • Une bonne connaissance des architectures cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) et des services liés à l'IA ou une une expérience avec les outils et frameworks MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, etc.) est un plus
  • Une capacité à définir et conduire des projets amonts ou d’intégration de solutions LLMOps
  • Une aisance pour s outenir le changement, fédérer, faire monter en compétences les collaborateurs
  • Une sensibilité forte en matière de développement commercial et/ou de vente
  • Une maitrise de l’anglais professionnel courant
  • Une capacité à vous déplacer en Europe ou à l’international

Responsible for leading enterprise-wide cyber security across both information and operational technology environments, this role will shape and deliver a forward-thinking security strategy aligned to business objectives. Skills & Experience - Experience across both IT and OT environments, including securing industrial control systems and critical infrastructure. - Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise cyber security strategies and roadmaps. - 7+ years' leadership experience managing cyber security functions and teams. - Strong executive communication skills, able to translate technical risks into business impact and value. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex cyber programs and provide strategic thought leadership. - Expert knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, ISM) and hands-on implementation of standards such as NIST CSF, Essential Eight, PCI-DSS or COBIT. - Financial acumen to manage and optimise cyber security budgets. - Experience leading cyber incident and breach response. - Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications (e.g. ISACA, ISC2). - Desirable: knowledge of critical infrastructure regulations (e.g. SOCI Act) and Operational Technology environments (e.g. Purdue model).
