Head of Membership, Assistant Expedition Leader

Bucketlist Xperiences

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries pre, during, and post trip. • Assist the Expedition Leader in the execution of trip itineraries, including planning, organization, and on-site logistics. • Work closely with the Expedition Leader and air crew to manage all aspects of aviation service in air and on the ground. • Support the Expedition Leader in liaising with hotels for bookings and guest services. • Assist in managing the trip budget, including carrying, distributing, securing, and monitoring on-trip funds. • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 2-3 weeks at a time) and support groups on expeditions.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in operations, hospitality, tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Experience in customer service and ability to handle sensitive information.
