• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the DEKRA consulting and training group, collaborating with instructional designers and sales teams to create and deliver high-quality EV/HV safety courses. • Utilize your technical expertise in electrified vehicle technology to conduct training for customers, and service personnel. • Develop and manage training schedules and assessments. • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, such as workshops, webinars, and hands-on demonstrations. • Arrange for and execute on-site training as needed to meet client requirements. • Track and report on completed and upcoming training programs, ensuring accurate data management.
• Provide Process Hazard Analysis studies support which includes Prepare, facilitate, and scribe PHA studies through a variety of methodologies (What-If, Checklist, FMEA, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) • Selecting the PHA methodology based on the complexity of the process and hazards involved • Ensure PHA scenarios, consequences, safeguards, and recommendations are complete and correctly identified and captured in the PHA software (PHAPro or similar) • Write and review technical reports • Read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID), mechanical drawings, process flow diagrams, block flow diagrams, electrical line diagram etc • Understand and comply with DEKRA and client procedures • Ability to conduct PHAs and/or training in person as well as virtual • Effective and continued communication with clients and consulting team • Able to work with a team on projects and independently on projects or tasks • Perform technical reviews for peers which could include marketing papers, presentations, reports, etc. • Be client-facing, having a proven record of building and maintaining positive and professional client relationships
• The Process Safety Specialist provides technical services and guidance to support Process Safety improvement activities globally (with a focus on North America). • Responsible for proposing practical risk-reducing tactics and assisting clients in the interpretation and application of technical information. • Primarily responsible for providing a variety of process safety assessments, reviews, or evaluations for equipment, processes, or procedures at a client’s facility or remotely. • Perform on team projects and independently on projects or tasks. • Develop technical reports as required. • Perform technical reviews for peers which could include marketing papers, presentations, reports, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service through communication with clients relative to offered trainings • Participate in course development activities for new courses as well as updates of existing courses • Collaborate with team in identifying solutions for complex courses or materials • Maintain communication with Vice President/GM and/or Sales Team
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment requirements. • Document findings, prepare an improvement plan of action and partner with centers on mutually agreed upon next steps for achieving certification. • IF you have a training background – Deliver standup training to collision center and dealer personnel on a variety of collision and safety-related curriculum.

• Actively contribute to a culture of safety and health by demonstrating accountability, communication, and oversight in the following key areas: Strategic Alignment, Accountability, Performance Monitoring, Reports, Communication & Engagement, Incident Management, and Corrective Actions. • Provides performance management and feedback to their direct reports and their project team members. • Focuses on the development of Consulting Competencies for each consultant through modelling and mentorship. • Coaches and mentors through ongoing conversations as well as during client site shadowing. • Support, coach and mentor team members as they navigate internal and client opportunities. • Focus on team members assigned projects with a view to identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, as well as risks. • Works with the wider consulting organization to find opportunities on projects that stretch and develop individuals. • Ensures advocacy for team members. • Creates development opportunities that further individual careers and DEKRA goals. • Contributes to DEKRA IP by developing new materials, writing articles for publication, and participating in problem-solving teams as appropriate. • Provides specific contributions related to thought leadership and DEKRA events (SIA, Leadership Summit, Speaking Engagements, etc.). • Advances Business Development opportunities with existing clients and projects. • Provide sales support as needed, including major engagement design collaboration with BDVPs. • Participate in the selection and onboarding of new consultants in Strategic Consulting. • Deliver high-quality client work and model client excellence. • Actively participates in Strategic Consulting Operations Leadership Team and Strategic Resourcing calls. • A model for DEKRA values and culture
• Design and develop learning solutions for in‑person workshops, virtual instructor-led training, digital learning modules, and microlearning. • Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend solutions aligned to DEKRA’s safety, human performance, and high-risk industry focus. • Create storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and performance support tools. • Apply AI tools to accelerate content development, including text, visual, video, avatar, and voice‑based assets. • Develop AI‑supported scenarios, simulations, or branching learning experiences where appropriate. • Integrate AI workflows into authoring environments such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. • Produce high‑quality video learning assets, including AI‑generated avatars, explainer videos, and microlearning videos. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and production quality. • Manage learning development projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. • Communicate proactively with project sponsors, SMEs, and cross‑functional partners. • Deliver work on time, within scope, and aligned to DEKRA expectations.
