Job Description

Senior Data Conversion Analyst

Juniper Square

• Analyze and map data fields from source systems to target system requirements. • Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates to ensure data quality. • Perform data validation checks to verify data accuracy and completeness. • Transform data into specified formats and structures as required. • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of data conversion processes and findings. • Troubleshoot data conversion issues and propose solutions. • Work closely with the Product Onboarding Manager and other team members to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, conversion, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
  • Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM or fund accounting system data conversions (preferred).
  • Knowledge of private investment partnerships, real estate, or private equity markets (preferred).
  • Experience with data cleansing and validation tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) (preferred).
  • Proficient in AI tools, with experience leveraging them to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency (preferred).
