Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise Authentication

• Being accountable for new customer acquisition, pipeline development, and commercial performance across assigned enterprise accounts and target markets. • Developing and executing territory and accounting plans aligned with business growth objectives and commercial priorities. • Identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities across enterprise organizations and strategic target accounts. • Leading customer discovery activities to understand business challenges, operational requirements, and authentication workflows. • Building executive relationships with decision-makers, business leaders, IT organizations, security teams, and key stakeholders. • Positioning and selling enterprise authentication solutions including secure print, SSO, MFA, credential-based authentication, and related technologies. • Driving opportunities through the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure. • Developing and managing a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and clear visibility of opportunities, risks, and actions. • Collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to expand market reach and accelerate growth. • Partnering closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Solutions teams to support customer engagements and market adoption. • Providing market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback to support business planning and portfolio development. • Representing HID in customer meetings, industry events, partner engagements, and commercial activities. • Maintaining disciplined CRM management, opportunity governance, and reporting practices

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise new account acquisition sales (hunter mentality required)
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions, preferably in areas such as print management, secure print, identity & access management (IAM), SSO, authentication, or device security
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling expertise
  • Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience working with channel partners and integrators
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities
  • Knowledge of microprocessors, PC integration, and semiconductor hardware/software is preferred.
  • Experience with credential technologies such as Mobile Keys, Apple VAS, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet is preferred.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred.
