• Participate in the design, configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting of IQ Fiber’s core and access networks • Support field engineers in the deployment and expansion of IQ Fiber’s state-of-the-art FTTP broadband delivery network • Appropriately escalate critical network conditions to Technical Operations and Outside Plant (OSP) staff • Configure, manage, and optimize network monitoring and alerting systems • Make recommendations for improving the performance and operation of the IQ Fiber network based on the analysis of data • Create and administer detailed, technical MOPs (Methods of Procedure) to facilitate maintenance and upgrades of network equipment • Deploy and support public Wi-Fi network services • Assist in administering and maintaining Linux and Windows servers and applications • Provide tier 3 technical support as part of the IQ Fiber Network Operations Center (NOC) • Act as a resource for tier 2 technicians in providing technical support for residential and business broadband services • Support IQ Fiber’s NOC supervisor in optimizing the performance of the NOC • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting advance networking and Wi-Fi issues • Participate in an on-call rotation with a small team of Network Engineers • Perform other duties as assigned

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineers and Access Network Engineers; hire, onboard, and coach for success. • Support implementation of network frameworks and standards defined by the CTO and network architect; refine Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and operational practices to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Oversee configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting of Juniper MX/QFX, Nokia 7750 Service Routers, Nokia Lightspan GPON/NG‑PON platforms, routers, switches, and related infrastructure. • Manage project priorities and resource allocation to align engineering efforts with business objectives and CTO roadmap. • Collaborate with the NOC Manager to integrate monitoring, alerting, and incident‑response workflows; ensure SLAs and internal targets are met. • Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, and network scaling initiatives based on data analysis and growth projections. • Leverage vendor relationships to obtain technical support for network equipment and software. • Partner with cross-functional teams (OSS/BSS, Outside Plant, Field Operations, IT) to deliver projects on time and within scope. • Oversee change management, on-call rotations, and escalations; ensure robust incident escalation paths and post-mortem processes. • Track and report KPIs and team performance metrics; provide regular updates on network health, project status, and operational risks to CTO. • Champion continuous improvement through automation, scripting, and adoption of new tools and technologies.

Position Summary: IQ Fiber is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Manager GIS Analyst to lead geospatial strategy and delivery across our fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) expansion markets. This role plays a critical part in enabling disciplined capital deployment, accelerating design-to-build cycles, and supporting operational excellence across Engineering, Construction, Commercial, and Network Operations. The Manager GIS Analyst will serve as both a technical leader and strategic partner—ensuring GIS is leveraged as a core decision-support tool across the business. This role can be located in the Jacksonville, FL area or remote. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic GIS Leadership - Lead GIS workstreams supporting fiber expansion, edge-outs, and network optimization initiatives - Serve as GIS project lead for complex, multi-market initiatives from feasibility through construction - Develop technical approaches, schedules, QA/QC standards, and data governance frameworks - Mentor GIS analysts and elevate GIS technical capabilities across the organization Fiber Network Planning & Engineering Support - Develop advanced spatial models supporting market selection, capital allocation, density and demographic forecasting - Conduct near-net / on-net commercial passings analysis and cost-per-passing optimization Data & Systems Integration - Build and maintain ETL workflows to ingest and standardize spatial data - Develop automated dashboards, spatial reports, and executive-ready cartographic products - Utilize ArcGIS Notebooks, Arcade scripting, and enterprise geodatabases to improve automation and scalability - Ensure GIS systems integrate cleanly with construction management, PMO, and financial tracking platforms Quality Assurance & Governance - Develop and enforce QA/QC plans for spatial datasets - Maintain spatial data accuracy across passings, serviceability, cabinets, handholes, and backbone assets - Ensure version control, metadata documentation, and enterprise data integrity standards Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Engineering, Planning, Natural Sciences, or related field - 5+ years of progressive GIS experience - Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro/Desktop, ArcGIS Server/Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and related extensions - Experience with ETL tools (FME preferred) - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 - Strong reporting and presentation skills with ability to translate spatial analysis into executive-level insights - Demonstrated experience leading GIS projects including scope, scheduling, QA, and stakeholder coordination - Commitment to continuous learning and technical currency Preferred Qualifications: - Esri Certification - GISP, AICP, PE, or related professional certification - Experience in telecommunications, utilities, broadband, or infrastructure development - Experience supporting high-growth, multi-state expansion environments Role Success Criteria: - Lead GIS workstreams end-to-end across markets. - Improve build decisions with strong spatial/financial analysis. - Automate data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. - Integrate GIS cleanly with construction/PMO/finance systems. - Maintain high data quality through QA/QC and governance.
