Transaction Coordinator

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of real estate experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent
- Passion for organization, communication, and details
- Willingness to learn contracts and compliance from multiple states
- Strong working knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines
- Confidence using digital tools, platforms, and systems
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven to exceed expectations

• Serve as a credible medical/scientific expert engaging with KOLs and HCPs to increase confidence in clinical decision-making for rare diseases and Zevra’s products. • Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to be viewed as a trusted partner. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of disease states and competitive landscapes. • Stay current on scientific and clinical developments in Zevra’s Areas of Interest (AOI). • Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and provide accurate, balanced medical information. • Engage in projects and initiatives aligned with US Medical strategy, objectives, and tactics. • Facilitate discussions with HCPs and potential investigators regarding research strategies and trial participation. • Represent Zevra at scientific congresses and medical meetings. • Educate internal teams on disease states, product science, and therapeutic guidelines. • Contribute to publication planning and medical information resources. • Capture and report HCP medical insights using Veeva with consistency and accuracy to inform medical and clinical strategies.
