• Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails • Research, analyze and determine the appropriate course of action • Build trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interaction • Offer members alternative vacation options • Solve member concerns for first call resolution • Upsell eligible customers home warranty solutions • Enter new customer information into the system • Process payment deferrals and installment plans • Problem solve, mediate, and negotiate • Escalate issues appropriately

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required language proficiency
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Great customer service and people skills
  • Must have a working computer, high speed hard-wired internet connection, and a plain old telephone line.
