• Provides Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area. • Works with supported stakeholders to understand high-level business objectives, processes, priorities and challenges. • Performs and/or contributes to team efforts to perform: o Process-specific requirements analysis through interviews, document and artifact analysis, development of business process descriptions, and task and workflow analysis, o Detailed process documentation, including system requirements and process flows / use cases. and o Planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost / benefit analyses and new system design. • Collaborates with internal and external users / clients to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions. • Helps with process enhancement feasibility studies and the development of data-supported justification documentation. • Helps determine impact on existing systems and processes. • Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with business and IT colleagues. • Supports the business in developing and delivering end user training. • Addresses end user process questions and collaborates with IT colleagues to provide process / system support and ongoing issue analysis / correction. • Develops progress reports and communicates project status to team and manager.
Job Requirements

• Support grants and cooperative agreement activities from pre-award planning through closeout • Review funding applications, award documentation, and post-award materials for regulatory compliance • Perform cost and price analyses to support funding decisions • Interpret Federal financial assistance regulations and provide guidance to program staff and leadership • Assist with policy implementation, updates, and procedural improvements related to grants management • Identify and resolve complex grants administration issues in coordination with stakeholders • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Federal grants systems and collaboration platforms
