Senior Grants Management Analyst

• Assist federal government clients in establishing grant programs with a focus on maintaining program integrity • Support clients in eligibility determination, award management, and effective distribution of funds • Oversee the implementation of grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and budget management • Develop compliance programs to confirm grantees are compliant with grant award terms and other regulations • Engage with client stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance throughout the grant lifecycle • Provide training and resources to client teams to enhance their knowledge and capabilities in grants management and compliance • Evaluate and improve clients' grant management processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in grants management, compliance, audit or related consulting field
- Strong understanding of grants management concepts and funding workflows
- Demonstrated experience supporting all phases of the grant lifecycle
- Working knowledge of applicable grants compliance requirements, including Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements
- Ability to analyze funding-related issues and provide practical, compliant solutions
- In-depth knowledge of federal grants and associated regulations (e.g., OMB Circulars, Uniform Guidance)
