Monthly Giving Manager

EWTN

• Strengthen and grow a sustainable revenue stream by leading the strategy and execution of a high-performing monthly giving program. • Drive donor acquisition, retention, and long-term engagement through a coordinated, multi-channel approach. • Connect cross-functional teams and optimize systems and operations to maximize program impact on organizational growth and mission delivery. • Plan and execute day-to-day operations of the monthly giving program, including building campaign calendars and coordinating multi-channel outreach. • Oversee donor lifecycle efforts such as acquisition, upgrades, reactivation, and retention while testing new channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong background in managing and growing monthly giving programs.
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, CRM platforms, and performance analytics.
  • Skills in communication and project management.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of donor segmentation and backend processes.
  • Passionate about supporting mission-driven work and advancing EWTN's impact.
  • Grounded in Catholic faith.
