• You lead and coach local teams across up to 10 studios in southern Germany (currently Stuttgart, Nuremberg, 3x Munich) and are a central part of our operational success. • You ensure our quality standards are maintained. • You act as the link between the operational studios and headquarters, ensuring seamless information flow and implementation of strategic directives. • You are the point of contact for our therapists and reception staff, take care of their satisfaction and promote their development. • You plan and monitor staffing resources to ensure efficient and employee-friendly scheduling. • You support the handling of complex customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service across all studios. • You train teams in membership sales and help build long-term customer relationships.

• Supervise Administrative Managers, legal assistants, receptionists, office coordinators/supervisors, administrative assistants, and interns • Monitor and coordinate legal assistant/attorney staffing ratios and workflow • Manage timekeeping of direct reports by reviewing and approving weekly timecards, PTO requests, monitoring and managing hours, breaks and overtime requests • Assess staff performance, provide coaching/guidance and address performance issues when needed, conduct annual performance reviews of direct reports • Understand and able to perform basic employee relations • Recruit, interview and hire: review/vet resumes, conduct and coordinate interviews, and obtain final approval for hiring • Employee onboarding duties (determine office seating, ensure office services and IT have set up office/workstation and created required User accounts) and offboarding duties • Partner with business leaders ensuring needs from different departments are being met • Collaborate with the development and implementation of training for assigned staff • Work closely with firmwide Directors and Managers to implement and improve firm policies and procedures • Ensure the offices are functional, safe, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies • Interact with property managers and manage vendors in support of office operations • Plan, schedule and promote office events (e.g. monthly breakfasts, happy hours, holiday parties, staff meetings, partnership meetings) • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation • Some travel required; other duties as assigned

• Lead operational planning and execution of clinical studies from startup through study closeout. • Own study startup strategy and maintain accountability for site activation progress across all participating sites. • Develop and maintain study timelines, milestones, and operational deliverables. • Own enrollment forecasting, study metrics, and operational reporting. • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain study performance. • Ensure study execution remains aligned with protocol requirements, timelines, budgets, and business objectives. • Serve as the primary operational contact for CROs, vendors, consultants, and external study partners. • Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, communication, budgets, and performance. • Own study-level vendor oversight and operational accountability. • Maintain oversight of site budgets and contracts in collaboration with Clinical Affairs and study leadership. • Ensure operational activities remain aligned across vendors, sites, and internal stakeholders. • Maintain oversight of study documentation, TMF quality, and inspection readiness activities. • Ensure study conduct remains compliant with SOPs, GCP, FDA regulations, quality system requirements, and study plans. • Own study-level risk identification, issue escalation, and mitigation planning. • Maintain oversight of CAPA follow-up and resolution activities. • Drive resolution of study-level operational challenges. • Partner closely with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Data Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders. • Lead study team meetings and operational reviews. • Provide regular study updates, operational insights, enrollment forecasts, and risk assessments to leadership. • Drive alignment across internal teams, vendors, and clinical sites. • Ensure consistent execution of study processes across participating sites.

Role Description Engage members telephonically and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members that participate in any of the clinical programs operationally supported by the Clinical Engagement Services Center. - Prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of the patient’s medical information, adhering to HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies at all times. - Utilize prescription claims data to generate clinical recommendations according to Medication Therapy Management and Retrospective Drug Utilization Review program protocols. - Provide clinical recommendations pertaining to gaps in care, high risk medications, compliance and adherence, drug interactions, therapeutic substitution, and generic substitution. - Assess medication regimen for unnecessary medications, ineffective medications, inappropriate doses, and adverse drug reactions. - Provide patient education on medication regimen and disease states. - Accurately document patient care notes and recommendations in an efficient, professional, concise and clear manner. - Keep current with new and emerging clinical trends. - Active participation in departmental meetings to improve clinical programs and enhance processes. - Follow all policies and procedures related to job. - Meet productivity and performance expectations set forth by management. - Support Clinical Service Engagement team as needed for special projects. - Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence. - 1+ years of experience working remotely/independently within a cross functional team environment, self-directed with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to navigate approved MTM platforms and multi-task using multiple databases/platforms, and applications. - Competent use of computers/technology. - Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. - Extended hours and occasional weekends may be required as needed. Requirements - Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services. - PharmD. - Current and active Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management, ASHP Diabetes Management Certificate, or APhA Patient Centered Diabetes Care Certificate. - Bilingual (fluent in medical terminology) in Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese. - Additional Pharmacist License in good standing in Alabama, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon, Tennessee, or Vermont. - 2+ years Pharmacy work experience in retail/community pharmacy and/or PBM, but will consider new graduate experientials. - Prior call center experience. - ACPE MTM Specialist. - Certified Geriatric Specialist. - Board Certified Pharmacist. - Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
