• You lead and coach local teams across up to 10 studios in southern Germany (currently Stuttgart, Nuremberg, 3x Munich) and are a central part of our operational success. • You ensure our quality standards are maintained. • You act as the link between the operational studios and headquarters, ensuring seamless information flow and implementation of strategic directives. • You are the point of contact for our therapists and reception staff, take care of their satisfaction and promote their development. • You plan and monitor staffing resources to ensure efficient and employee-friendly scheduling. • You support the handling of complex customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service across all studios. • You train teams in membership sales and help build long-term customer relationships.
