Senior Business Development – Strategic Partnerships Manager

• Identify, develop, and close new B2B2C distribution and bundling partnerships across Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Pay TV, Retail, Travel, Mobility, Loyalty and related industries • Own the full business development lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation to closing • Build compelling commercial business cases and position the company’s value proposition with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders • Lead strategic and contractual negotiations with C-level, VP and Director-level stakeholders • Develop large-scale partnership structures including bundled subscription models, minimum guarantees, and embedded content integrations • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Account Management teams to structure and execute partnerships • Ensure smooth handover of signed partnerships to Account Management and Channel Marketing teams • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and partnership best practices to support go-to-market and expansion strategies • Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the platform across Europe
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Channel Partnerships or Alliance Management
- Strong experience with B2B2C partnership models and enterprise distribution partnerships
- Proven success in sourcing, negotiating and closing high-value strategic deals
- Experience working with industries such as Digital Media Streaming/SVODs, subscription services, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Loyalty Programs, Consumer Digital Services, Hospitality or Travel
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Hunter mentality with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, subscription ecosystems and value-added digital services
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and commercial business cases
- Passion for digital media, content platforms and technology-driven consumer products
- Native-level German (or minimum C1) and very strong English skills required.
