Senior Infrastructure/Cloud Analyst

• Configure, maintain, and administer physical and virtual servers, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely; • Design, implement, and manage complex infrastructure architectures, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud services; • Administer operating systems, perform updates and patches, and troubleshoot system-related issues; • Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues; • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services; • Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and ensure infrastructure security; • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and infrastructure and cloud policies; • Handle critical infrastructure and cloud incidents, coordinating rapid responses and solutions to minimize downtime; • Provide technical support to end users and to junior and mid-level analysts to resolve infrastructure and cloud service issues; • Participate in projects to plan and implement infrastructure improvements, such as server upgrades, system migrations, and network expansions; • Ensure infrastructure and cloud services comply with internal policies, regulations, and security standards; • Work collaboratively with other IT professionals, such as developers, system administrators, and security specialists, to meet organizational needs; • Stay up to date with new infrastructure and cloud features and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge related to IT; • The professional will work in the IaC (Infrastructure as Code) team, developing automations and solutions for provisioning and configuring cloud resources using Terraform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field (preferred);
  • Strong experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) (preferred);
  • Solid experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) (preferred);
  • Strong experience administering public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) (preferred);
  • Experience with automation using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) (preferred);
  • Experience with monitoring and centralized logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) (preferred);
  • Experience with container orchestrators (e.g., Docker Swarm, Kubernetes) (preferred);
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting, PowerShell) (preferred);
  • Experience with computer networking (preferred).

Role The Senior Analyst will be part of the team responsible for the customer onboarding and licensing activities in Brazil, supporting the full customer lifecycle. Previous experience with customer onboarding, lifecycle management, operations, enablement or similar functions. Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience working with data, reports, controls and documentation. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. Solid process management and continuous improvement skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external audiences. Senior, self-driven, detail-oriented and results-focused profile. Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. Collaborative, business-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
