Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist .
- Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures.
- Proficiency with CRM or legal case management software
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management.
- Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during US Time Zones.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
