Job Requirements
- Qualification as an MTL(A) (medical technical laboratory assistant) or alternatively a degree (e.g., teacher training) in Biology or a related field
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in Clinical Chemistry
- Independent and organized working style combined with reliability and the ability to work in a team
- Methodical and didactic skills and experience in (online) teaching
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs, including MS Teams

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a 'plug and play' approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
