Job Requirements
- You’re naturally relationship-driven and know how to build trust across a range of stakeholders
- You stay organized and calm when juggling multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines
- You’re proactive — you don’t wait for problems to show up; you look for signals and get ahead of them
- You can translate customer needs into clear next steps for internal teams (and you follow through until it’s done)
- You’re comfortable having commercial conversations (renewals, scope changes, “here’s what’s possible”) without being overly salesy
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently — especially when things are complex or time-sensitive
- You’re a strong collaborator who cares about outcomes, not just tasks
- You’re curious and improvement-minded: you notice patterns, suggest fixes, and help tighten up how we run accounts
Benefits
- Flexible Time Off (yes, really)
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance — with HSA/HRA options
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Life Insurance and Short and Long-Term Disability coverage
- Free employee colocation and cloud account
- A fun, casual work environment where you can be yourself
