Segment Manager – Aerospace

• Develop go-to-market sales and selling strategies, including direct sales, channel partnerships, promotions, and marketing literature. • Build relationships with decision-makers among key customers and influential market leaders to understand market trends and customer needs. • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages to expand market share. • Support go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, and client value propositions. • Oversee commercial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost control. • Review financial reports and KPIs to ensure profitability and compliance with commercial objectives. • Support the GWS Application Specialist in identifying new customers, engaging in on-site visits, and providing technical support. • Collaborate with the Engineering team to advise on new product development opportunities and market requirements. • Collaborate with account management, operations, and business development teams to ensure service excellence. • Present commercial insights and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure commercial activities comply with internal policies and contractual obligations. • Manage risk exposure through robust commercial controls and governance processes. • Support bid approvals, financial modeling, and investment business cases. • Mentor and guide team members on commercial best practices and product portfolios. • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Over 7 years of experience in commercial or business management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience leading commercial strategy in a matrixed, client-focused organization.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
