• Você será responsável pela gestão do time comercial, acompanhamento de indicadores, suporte em negociações estratégicas e construção de ações voltadas ao crescimento sustentável da empresa. • Liderar e desenvolver o time comercial composto por SDRs, Closers e Social Sellers. • Atuar diretamente em negociações estratégicas e atendimento de clientes-chave. • Acompanhar negociações em andamento, apoiando a equipe na condução e fechamento de oportunidades. • Realizar reuniões individuais (1:1) para desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de performance. • Monitorar indicadores comerciais (KPIs), analisando resultados e propondo estratégias de crescimento. • Estruturar, revisar e otimizar propostas comerciais. • Direcionar e acompanhar a execução das estratégias da área comercial. • Elaborar apresentações executivas e reportar resultados diretamente à Diretoria e ao CEO. • Garantir a utilização adequada do CRM e a qualidade das informações comerciais.

  • Forte capacidade analítica e gestão de indicadores.
  • Experiência em empresas de consultoria.
  • Experiência no segmento de educação, treinamentos ou desenvolvimento profissional.
  • Vivência na gestão e comercialização de serviços de consultoria.
