• Develop accurate 3D site models from survey data • Correct interpretation of contours, levels, boundaries, setbacks • Implement design updates from company markups • Translate instructions into coordinated plans, sections, elevations and model updates • Produce detailed documentation • Set out drawings with clear, construction-ready information • Interior elevations with precise joinery and finish integration • Review and integrate schedules into drawings • Finishes, fixtures, joinery, and associated detailing • Maintain strict drawing standards • Follow company documentation conventions, file structure, and presentation • Apply Australian Standards and NCC requirements • Ensure drawings reflect compliance principles appropriate to residential construction
