Job Description
Client Partner
Stitch
At Stitch, we’re building something extraordinary. As a fast-growing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers’ lives easier with Braze. Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work. We’re all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world’s most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze. About This Role As a Client Partner at Stitch, you’ll be key to growing our presence within existing accounts. You’ll own a Book of Business (BoB) of growth accounts — established Stitch clients with clear expansion opportunities, active roadmaps, and ongoing partnership investment. Your day-to-day focus is spotting and pursuing new ways to strategically grow accounts, whether that’s through campaign operations, data and analytics, loyalty programs, AI tools, or creative services. You’ll act as the face of Stitch for your clients, serving as a trusted advisor and expert in marketing technology and processes, especially leveraging our deep partnership with Braze and other cutting-edge martech tools. Your ability to understand evolving client needs, anticipate challenges, and propose innovative solutions will enable your clients to unlock the full potential of their marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of a sales-driven mindset and a deep understanding of marketing technology and operations. You’ll own your client relationships end-to-end, drive revenue growth, build strong connections across teams and stakeholders, identify fresh opportunities, and partner closely with our Delivery team to keep everything running (more than) smoothly! What You’ll Do - Be a trusted advisor to your accounts through strategic thinking and prescriptive recommendations related to marketing, marketing technology, and marketing processes. You’ll bring a strong point of view and organize your thoughts into a well-articulated plan. - Take full ownership of renewals and expansions for your book of business, developing and driving strategic growth plans each quarter that identify new opportunities and untapped potential within your accounts. - Translate client business goals into comprehensive, integrated roadmaps that bring together data, creative, strategy, and technology components. - Lead the end-to-end process of pricing, scoping, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) in close partnership with our Delivery team to align client needs with Stitch’s capabilities. - Be the main point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders at multiple levels, building deep, multi-threaded relationships across our client’s marketing, product, data, and technology teams. - Take charge of regular client engagements, including meetings, quarterly business reviews, and onsite sessions — always with a clear agenda, defined outcomes, and actionable follow-ups. - Monitor client environments to identify early signals of changing needs, risks, or strategic shifts, and act swiftly to address them. - Work closely with Delivery Directors and other internal partners to ensure an aligned understanding of project health, resource allocation, margins, and forecasts. - Keep Delivery members fully informed and aligned so your clients experience a coordinated and seamless partnership. - Become an expert in Braze and its technology partners to anticipate customer needs and questions effectively. - Mentor Associate Client Partners by sharing best practices in commercial engagement, pipeline management, and stakeholder communication. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Client Partner organization by helping to develop playbooks, sales frameworks, and effective sales motions. - Share insights, successful patterns, and lessons learned across the team under guidance from the Executive Client Partners to boost overall team performance and impact. What Does Success Look Like In This Role? - You confidently “own the room” in every client interaction. Whether leading meetings or strategic conversations, you set the agenda, engage the right voices, and make sure every discussion moves toward clear next steps. Clients see you as their trusted advisor who understands their business and drives real impact. - You consistently build and maintain a predictable expansion pipeline. Your proactive approach uncovers new opportunities before clients ask, turning potential whitespace into tangible growth, helping Stitch and clients win together. - You navigate evolving client landscapes with ease, guiding multi-stakeholder decisions and crafting integrated plans that align marketing, data, and technology for maximum impact. - You embody Stitch’s core values in every interaction: building strong, lasting relationships, actively seeking solutions, leading initiatives with purpose, and never settling for anything less than excellence.
