• Translate customer needs into actionable engineering direction while ensuring high performance, stability, and platform compliance across all client applications • Handle technical requirements and turn them into clear guidance for engineering teams • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor • Drive execution toward agreed targets and KPIs • Coordinate and prioritize development for client applications in line with customer needs and platform requirements • Support architectural decisions and ensure compatibility with devices such as set‑top boxes, smart TVs, and remote controls • Foster clear communication between clients and technical teams while contributing to an inspiring, collaborative team culture

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading high‑performant engineering teams
  • Strong hands‑on development background across client applications (Android, Web, Android TV, or similar)
  • Ability to coach engineers on code quality, platform guidelines, and best development practices
  • Skill in aligning customer requirements with engineering priorities to ensure smooth, reliable releases
  • Strong communication skills to bridge client expectations and technical execution
