Role Description We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on starting conversations, creating opportunities, and consistently opening doors with decision-makers. This is a pure outbound prospecting role. - Identify target accounts and engage prospects through multiple channels. - Overcome objections and book qualified meetings for our sales team. - Ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, consulting, technology, or enterprise solutions. What You'll Be Responsible For - Outbound Prospecting: - Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels. - Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers within target organizations. - Execute strategic follow-up sequences to maximize response rates. - Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals. - Lead Qualification: - Conduct initial conversations to identify business challenges and opportunities. - Assess prospect fit based on company profile, business needs, and level of interest. - Clearly communicate Curvion Blue's value proposition. - Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. - Account Research & Targeting: - Research target companies and key stakeholders. - Personalize outreach to increase engagement and response rates. - Utilize CRM systems, prospecting tools, and sales intelligence platforms effectively. - Team Collaboration: - Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership. - Provide detailed notes and prospect insights prior to meetings. - Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews. - CRM & Activity Management: - Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity. - Track outreach performance, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline metrics. - Continuously improve messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling. Preferred Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting tools. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Equivalent experience will be considered in place of formal education requirements.
