Associate Director, RN Denials Management

Banner Health

• Educate and develop team members • Roll out process changes and projects • Troubleshoot questions from team and outside stakeholders • Oversee RN denials management specialists • Post pre-bill utilization management reviews • Conduct calls with payer UR teams • Manage workflow and queue designation • Collaborate with Internal RCM teams

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years' experience as an RN
  • Current licensure in state of practice
  • Working knowledge of medical and third party payer requirements and reimbursement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience including Direct Reports
