Role Description Vous devrez être capable de : - Qualifier un fichier B to B : - Rechercher des décideurs (DG, DSI, DAF, DRH, RRH…) et les contacter en suivant un argumentaire évolutif pour leur proposer un rendez-vous avec un commercial. - Passer un barrage standard. - Réaliser entre 80 et 150 appels par jour en fonction des missions. - Vous adapter à des argumentaires et activités variés : - Lire l’argumentaire de manière fluide et naturelle, sans que cela se ressente. - Gérer l’envoi d’emails suite à un échange avec un prospect. - Travailler sur un CRM. - Constituer un fichier prospect : - Recueillir des contacts selon des critères donnés. - Effectuer de la prospection digitale sur LinkedIn. - Développer l’activité : - Après une période concluante, débuter la prospection digitale et réaliser des entretiens prospects pour fidéliser nos clients, établir des devis et mettre à jour le CRM. Qualifications - Maîtriser Excel et Word (notamment les fonctions de filtrage, etc.). - Gestion des mails et des agendas. - Utilisation d’un CRM. - Recherche de contacts (utilisation de sites tels que verif, pappers, societe). - LinkedIn et les recherches sur Internet (Google). - Informatique en général, avec aisance. Requirements - Être ponctuel(le). - Apprécier le travail en équipe tout en étant autonome. - Maîtriser l’informatique, Internet et le pack Office. - Prôner les valeurs d’entraide, de cohésion, de respect et d’honnêteté. - Accepter la critique constructive pour progresser. - Supporter la pression des résultats et y attacher de l’importance. - Être capable de convaincre et d’improviser. - Avoir envie de vous investir dans une entreprise jeune et dynamique et de contribuer à son développement. - Faire preuve de ténacité et ne jamais abandonner. Benefits - Avoir une première expérience réussie dans la téléprospection auprès de décideurs professionnels (minimum 1 an). - Disposer d’une connexion Internet avec fibre et pouvoir être branché en câble. - Bénéficier d’un espace de travail dédié en télétravail, avec une installation électrique aux normes. - Matériel informatique fourni après validation de la période d'essai. - Être en relation constante par écrit pendant la journée via l’outil Skype. - Amplitude horaire : De 8h40 à 12h00, puis de 12h45 à 18h30 (heures supplémentaires possibles). - Repos : Du lundi au vendredi, avec repos le week-end. - Congés : 2 semaines pendant la période de Noël (soit 1 semaine en RTT), 1 semaine en juillet, 3 semaines en août, ponts lors des jours fériés. - Heures supplémentaires : Paiement selon la réglementation en vigueur. - Type de contrat : Temps plein, CDI. - Salaire : 1830 € brut fixe (1830 + 30 € prime assiduité) + une partie variable (prime trimestrielle, prime sur nouveaux clients, prime télétravail) + heures supplémentaires. - RTT, commissions et primes. - Une carte Kadeos d'une valeur équivalente au plafond maximum est offerte après un an d'ancienneté (pour 2025, ce plafond était de 196 €).
