This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive, team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success. - Registered nurse who works as telephone triage RN remotely. - Answers calls from numerous clients ranging from the general community to physician practice clients, managed care members, and Home Care patients. - Performs health assessments using computerized guidelines. - Provides general health information using approved references. - May provide physician referrals and community service referrals as needed. - Must be able to function in a multi-task environment due to many client contracts. Qualifications - Registered nurse with experience in telephone triage. - Ability to perform health assessments and provide health information. - Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse clients. Requirements - Must be a registered nurse. - Experience in a call center environment preferred. - Ability to multitask effectively.
