Field Account Manager
Pro Serv Food Equipment
• Visit key account customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Follow up on open quotes and assist in closing sales opportunities • Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, PM agreements, upgrades, and facility solutions • Assist customers with service concerns and help coordinate resolutions internally • Work closely with Key Account Managers, Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Operations Teams • Represent Pro-Serv professionally at customer locations • Help identify customer needs and communicate them internally • Review customer concerns, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement • Assist with customer retention and long-term relationship development • Maintain detailed notes and communication updates within company systems • Support growth initiatives across all Pro-Serv divisions
Job Requirements

- Sales or account management experience preferred
- Experience in commercial service industries is a plus
