Field Technician
Manulift
• Employ diagnostic methodologies to determine repairs required over the telephone and on site. • Explain diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals. • Efficiently plan and manage repairs and scheduled maintenance. • Complete the various service documents clearly within the prescribed time. • Order parts needed to repair and maintain equipment. • Follow procedures for Warranty work and parts crediting. • Promote Manulift values to existing and potential clients. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in mechanics (heavy equipment).
- More than 2 years of experience as a road technician or as a heavy-duty or construction equipment mechanic.
- Advanced knowledge in hydraulics, electrical and electronic.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Good work ethic, meticulous, motivated and independent.
- Solid aptitude in diagnostic.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
