Field Service Technician
Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG
• Maintenance, service and installation of environmental and process measurement equipment. • Organization and documentation of maintenance and service deployments. • Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues (remote support). • Independent problem analysis and development of solutions, involving our technical experts as needed. • On-call duty (including weekends) on a collegially rotated schedule among all service technicians.
Job Requirements
- Completed technician qualification (electrical engineering, process engineering, computer science) or vocational training in a technical field with practical, applicable work experience.
- Good knowledge in electrical engineering, automation and/or mechatronics.
- Responsible, independent working style combined with team orientation and enjoyment of varied tasks.
- Fit for working at heights and strong quality awareness.
- Driver's license (Class B).
- Business-fluent German and solid working knowledge of English.
