• Provide on-site professional technical support and troubleshooting • Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of metrology equipment • Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and ensure optimal tool performance • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to address customer needs and feedback • Manage and resolve quality issues, including submitting DOA or RMA as needed • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions • Travel, up to 75% to customer sites as required to provide support and training

• Conducts time studies, performs zero base analysis, rate analysis, network analysis, statistical analysis, flow path analysis and related supply chain analysis. • Identifies Logistics process improvement opportunities through competitive analysis, and critical thinking. • Supports and/or leads cross-functional strategic or process improvement projects. • Reports and engages senior operational leaders and stakeholders to gain alignment on implementation plan and success metrics. • Develop reports and runs ad hoc queries. • Identifies, modifies and develops standard operating procedures to streamline operating processes and training opportunities. • Support implementation of completed Kaizen events/process change alignment to local leadership and provide recommendations for successful transitions. • Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean-Six Sigma. • Provides facility and capacity planning support for distribution and transportation functions in Logistics.

• Provide on-site clinical support to physicians and cath lab teams during Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures. • Train physicians, nurses, and cath lab staff on proper ANT and associated ancillary devices and procedural workflow. • Serve as a clinical and technical resource to physicians and hospital teams. • Support physician education and product demonstration activities. • Work closely with clinical teams and R&D to communicate physician feedback and contribute to product improvements. • Assist with clinical programs, data collection, and post-market clinical activities in accordance with EU MDR requirements. • Travel to hospitals across Europe to support procedures and physician training.

• Provide on-site clinical and technical support to physicians, cath lab teams, and investigational sites during complex interventional cardiology procedures, serving as a trusted resource for procedural guidance, device support, and troubleshooting. • Train physicians, nurses, and cath lab staff on proper device use, procedural workflow, and best practices. • Lead investigator training, physician education, and clinical readiness activities. • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, investigators, and study sites. • Partner closely with clinical, engineering, and product teams to communicate physician feedback, procedural insights, and opportunities for product improvement. • Contribute to clinical study execution, site engagement, enrollment support, and clinical data collection activities. • Support site initiation visits, physician onboarding, and study-related training activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful execution of VahatiCor clinical studies. • Travel to clinical sites to support procedures, training, and study activities.
