• Research and recommend vacation destinations • Plan and arrange tours, packages, activities, and excursions • Prepare quotes and review details with clients • Close bookings and process reservations • Create social media content and marketing flyers • Participate in marketing activities and promotions • Attend daily training sessions and webinars • Complete certification training and earn specializations • Book domestic and international travel, including hotels, flights, cruises, car rentals, activities, and event tickets • Create itineraries and invoices • Follow up with clients and prepare them for travel
