They are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French/English) to support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities in Canada. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and professional-level positions. - Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance. - Support hiring needs across multiple manufacturing facilities throughout Canada. - Recruit primarily for hourly and frontline production roles, including skilled trades, operations, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing positions. - Partner closely with plant leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. - Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination throughout the hiring process. - Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring demand. - Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. - Provide a positive candidate experience while ensuring timely communication and follow-up. - Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system. - Occasionally support recruitment for professional and corporate positions as business needs require.
