• New Business Development: Promote HealthLink’s solutions, generate net-new opportunities, and manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing. • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs related to HCP targeting, audience development, campaign execution, and performance measurement. • Product Positioning: Clearly communicate the value of HealthLink’s data, identity, and engagement solutions to marketing, brand, media, and commercial stakeholders. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, media, and commercial teams. • Market Awareness: Stay current on HCP engagement strategies, omnichannel marketing, AdTech, and evolving life sciences marketing practices. • Internal Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, solution sales, and client success teams to align positioning, proposals, execution, and client success. • Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Lead proposal development with the Solution Sales Architect, drive pricing discussions, and negotiate contracts to close new business. • Strategic Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on HCP engagement, data accuracy, media efficiency, and campaign performance optimization.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, AdTech, or healthcare data, with proven success building new accounts and pipeline.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of life sciences, HCP engagement, DSPs, and programmatic media.
- Sales Acumen: Consistent quota achievement through outbound prospecting, account penetration, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
- Prospecting Discipline: Proactive pipeline generation through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events, and personal networks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to engage senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.
- Discovery and Solution Mapping: Skilled at identifying HCP data and media waste pain points and mapping solutions to ROI and measurement outcomes.
- Collaboration: Works well with marketing, product, and client success while owning pipeline creation and deal progression.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms to manage pipeline, activity, and outreach.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, company meetings, conferences, and industry events.
