Solutions Engineer
PreVeil
• Partner with the sales team to qualify leads, deliver compelling technical presentations, and help close deals—especially within large enterprises. • Collaborate with the Channel team to recruit, train, and support partners. Build credibility with partner technical teams. • Join strategic calls with key accounts to troubleshoot complex issues and offer expert insight on challenging use cases. • Coordinate with Product and Support teams to design tailored solutions and escalate critical feedback. • Serve as a trusted advisor on CMMC, DFARS/NIST compliance, enterprise IT, and PreVeil’s platform for both customers and partners. • Lead technical discussions around PreVeil’s Compliance Accelerator. Complete security questionnaires and support audits. • Contribute to the enhancement of Compliance Accelerator tools by providing input on content, usability, and technical accuracy. • Mentor and assist in onboarding new Sales team members.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or IT compliance role, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise IT
- Strong knowledge of DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC frameworks
- CMMC certifications (or a strong desire to obtain them)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT: networking, CAD environments, endpoint management
- Confident communicator with both technical and management audiences alike
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for solving hard problems and making an impact
- Ability to pass a background check
