Program Manager – Risk Adjustment
Highmark Health
• Manage programs for external providers once they are enrolled and utilizing our solutions • Work with management to assemble project teams and work groups for deliverables • Lead project managers in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for corporate programs • Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities for the successful delivery of defined program objectives • Monitor and evaluate the progress, alignment, and financial health of cross-functional projects • Direct corrective action as needed to maintain program viability • Report to the executive team on progress, business impacts, and strategies • Assess risks and develop risk mitigation strategies • Manage vendors in accordance with contracts and statements of work
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 -10 years of work experience in project management or delivering business solutions using information technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology Management-related area of study preferred
- PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel
- Experience creating presentations with PowerPoint
- Experience with government programs is a key requirement.
