• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure • Contract Execution & Delivery: Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular progress reviews and technical interchange meetings • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, stakeholder communications, and lessons learned • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements • Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in cloud computing, AI, and software development trends relevant to the public sector • Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Financial Oversight: Track all project costs, including labor hours and Other Direct Costs (ODCs)

• Own roadmap planning and prioritization for the Core Platform and protocol layer • Translate product direction into executable engineering programs • Improve sprint planning, estimation accuracy, and delivery predictability • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and leadership • Ensure strong release readiness and quality guardrails • Build lightweight processes that scale without slowing the team down • Create visibility and accountability across initiatives

• Help define how enterprise AI systems become trusted, governed, and continuously improving in production • Work directly with founding engineers to scale the Enterprise Intelligence Platform into a mission-critical layer for enterprise customers • Drive execution across systems that must be reliable, durable, backward-compatible, and production-ready • Own the roadmap and delivery for Enterprise Intelligence systems • Translate product strategy into executable multi-team plans • Manage dependencies across high-risk, high-complexity initiatives • Ensure release readiness, risk tracking, and operational checklists • Balance speed with durability, reliability, and backward compatibility • Partner directly with enterprise customers to inform roadmap priorities • Evolve planning frameworks appropriate for enterprise-scale systems

• Manage virtual and in-person ABAT cohort setup and participant communications • Support participant queries through the ABAT Support mailbox • Coordinate availability and cohort scheduling with partner Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) • Conduct follow-up with customers for stories and evidence post-ABAT
