• Draft, edit, and finalize high-quality, persuasive proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition • Lead RFx bid team projects as the proposal lead from assignment to submission • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and support the sales process • Coordinate with discipline leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing proposals • Maintain a library of previously utilized proposal and security content for future use • Understand customer needs, pain points, and business requirements to tailor proposed solution content • Respond to complex technical security questionnaires for customers.

• Oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients. • Develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. • Work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education.

• Demonstrate leadership qualities as evident by ability to motivate team, facilitate great thinking, and keep the morale high • Proactively seek opportunities for improvements in the department and offer executable solutions • Keep Creative Director(s) briefed on creative projects in a timely manner • Establish credibility with Clients at all levels by developing knowledge of Client’s business • Manage outside vendor/resources effectively from both cost and creative standpoints • Keep abreast of current advertising, design, and other visual communications • Continuously explore cutting-edge, current, and unique design styles and imagery • Demonstrate the ability to work in various forms of media including a working knowledge of the print production process • Contribute to new business efforts creatively • Act as a brand steward maintaining the integrity and excellence of the brand

• Assist members via telephone and messaging as part of a virtual primary care team to ensure that all external and internal referrals and orders such as specialist referrals, imaging orders, prior authorizations and other orders, are complete and properly routed to the appropriate external provider. • Assist patients with maps, facility location and direct dial numbers. • Coordinate medical records to ensure that all required records, imaging, and/or procedural results are available to the external provider before the patient's appointment and added to the internal medical record for provider review. • Assist in the management of electronic medical records and records requests • Assist providers in completing patient forms (i.e. Medical Opinion forms, SSI Disability forms) when appropriate. • Work collaboratively with staff including providers, the care team and patient support, compliance, etc. • Be able to handle a fast-paced dynamic environment with competing priorities
