• Draft, edit, and finalize high-quality, persuasive proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition • Lead RFx bid team projects as the proposal lead from assignment to submission • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and support the sales process • Coordinate with discipline leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing proposals • Maintain a library of previously utilized proposal and security content for future use • Understand customer needs, pain points, and business requirements to tailor proposed solution content • Respond to complex technical security questionnaires for customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in proposal/technical/creative writing, content management, product marketing, or sales enablement preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to target content to address specific customer needs
- Effective enablement mentality to educate sales and operations on key processes and product offerings
- Ability to work under strict deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Office365 suite
