• Maintain and support Loss Control systems and workflows, including RCT, LC 360, and vendor platforms • Monitor and manage system defects, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors • Generate vendor reports, manage survey assignments, and track workflow requests across systems • Upload and maintain Loss Control matrices and ensure accurate system data management • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization using tools such as Power Automate • Support system upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and change management processes • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor integrations, site development, and system security matters • Collaborate with internal IT teams and business partners to ensure systems align with operational and compliance requirements • Monitor data quality and ensure reporting accuracy across platforms and dashboards • Support reporting and analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Excel • Document workflows, procedures, and operational processes while maintaining process manuals and standards • Provide technical and operational support to internal and external users across multiple business areas • Assist with training, onboarding, and guidance related to Loss Control systems and workflows • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience
Job Requirements
- Loss Control, insurance operations, business systems support, or commercial insurance environments
- Strong knowledge of Loss Control systems such as RCT, LC 360, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
- Experience with workflow management, systems administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and process automation tools including Power BI and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of business systems, operational workflows, and IT risk management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support both technical and operational business needs
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
