Senior Services Manager – Contract Performance Management
GE Vernova
• Serve as a local liaison between internal/external organizations and your assigned customer(s) • Own the customer relationship and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth • Develop and own site customer communication plan, coordinate and facilitate regular GE Vernova/Customer meetings reviewing open items, action plans, and review existing and new GE Vernova products/services that could provide value for the customer • Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations including concessions as they arise balancing mutual benefits • Be responsible for outage/non-outage parts planning including requests for quotes, providing quotes to customers, placing/managing parts orders through delivery, and invoicing for parts as applicable • Be responsible for managing the Outage planning and execution process and processing of Change Orders • Be responsible for customer invoicing, collections, and support GE Vernova internal financial operating metrics • Act as the Customer Advocate within the GE Vernova organization • Provide leadership in owning and driving all emergent/forced outage matters to resolution • Manage safe outage planning and execution mindful of our GE Vernova "Life Saving Rules" • Accountable for the wing-to-wing outage execution via organizing pre-outage, post-outage and outage milestone meetings to deliver desired outcomes • Own contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables and understanding the T&Cs and contract requirements such as LD & Bonus structure • Responsible for contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site • Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests • Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising • Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (associate's degree with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry)
- Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services and/or Outage Management within the Power/Energy Industry

• Provide telephonic case management for Workers’ Compensation cases. • Assess medical appropriateness of treatment plans and coordinate services to optimize recovery and cost efficiency. • Develop, implement, and modify individualized case management care plans. • Perform ongoing clinical assessments and review medical records to ensure quality and timely care. • Identify and address barriers to recovery with proactive action planning. • Coordinate communication between injured workers, employers, providers, insurers, and other stakeholders. • Promote and document return-to-work capability at each medical milestone. • Ensure compliance with state-mandated treatment guidelines, nationally published protocols, and client requirements. • Track outcomes including patient satisfaction, return-to-work progress, and disability duration. • Utilize utilization review tools when indicated (pre-certification, concurrent review, retrospective review, medical director review). • Monitor provider and vendor performance to ensure quality and appropriate care delivery. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the case management system. • Serve as a patient advocate while adhering to all legal, ethical, accreditation, and regulatory standards. • Participate in Quality Assurance, Grievance, or other committees as assigned. • Provide training or mentorship to claims staff or junior team members as appropriate. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
