Job Description

HRSG Optimization Leader

GE Vernova

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and value stream efficiency from wing to wing • Partner with suppliers and HRSG fulfillment leaders to develop and implement improved standard work processes • Ensure supplier performance and scalability for growth and execution to business needs • Focus on enhancing overall operational efficiency and reducing lead times • Partner with the Configured Systems sourcing team to help drive both HRSG MSD and complete outsourced HRSG strategy and execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR HS Diploma/Equivalent with 10 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies
  • Significant experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25-40%
  • Flexibility to work to cover EST and AP time portion of time zones
  • Master’s Degree in a Technical or Business discipline (desired)
  • Experience with SAP, Smartsheet and Tableau (desired)
