Aris Tool Specialist

Müller's Solutions

• Utilize ARIS tools to create, analyze, and maintain business process models, ensuring compliance with established standards. • Support business units in the adoption of ARIS and promote best practices for process documentation and management. • Conduct training sessions for users on leveraging ARIS tools effectively, enhancing their proficiency and understanding. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ARIS model specifications. • Monitor and ensure data integrity within the ARIS repository, performing regular audits and updates as necessary. • Keep abreast of standard methodologies and emerging trends in business process management and ARIS tools. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ARIS users, resolving issues and optimizing tool performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with ARIS tools in a business process management context.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing ARIS tools to meet organizational needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and present actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Certifications related to ARIS or business process management methodologies.
  • Experience in integration of ARIS with other business applications and tools.
  • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
