• Work with a nimble passionate security team, collaborating with development and product. • Conduct vulnerability triage: handle internal and external vulnerability reports, and more importantly: go beyond investigating and write fixes yourself. • Review code and help make decisions about secure coding decisions. • Review new product features to ensure they are designed with security in mind • Collaborate with other developers and teams for long term security success. • Code solutions for preventative measures and generating alerts. • Use your detective work to get to the AH-HA! moment when you find and replicate the root cause of an issue and figure out how to fix it. • You will care and be involved in our product, mission, and success - way beyond checking off tasks.

• Provide expert-level remote management, administration, and support for Production and Demo trading exchange environments, ensuring system availability and application stability. • Execute and monitor daily operational processing, including contract scheduling, settlement of expired contracts, and end-of-day/start-of-day procedures. • Triage, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of production incidents. Follow defined escalation procedures and contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. • Monitor application and system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning recommendations to maintain optimal exchange operations. • Assist with version upgrades, deployments, and release validation in coordination with Development and QA teams. • Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation. Ensure seamless shift handovers with clear status communication. • Participate in the investigation, implementation, and operation of tools and scripts to automate, streamline, and continuously improve operational workflows. • Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and support business-critical initiatives. • Monitoring of our multiple partner channels covering FCMs, TSPs, and Market Makers and responding to any queries raised in Slack or Teams effectively and efficiently.

• Lead the Technical Pre-Sales Process: Serve as the primary technical partner to Sales throughout the commercial lifecycle—from initial qualification through contract execution. • Develop robust energy storage models that quantify lifetime performance, degradation, efficiency, availability, and ROI. • Strengthen Technical Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical due diligence requests with speed, accuracy, and credibility. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop application notes, white papers, case studies, and technical content that articulate differentiated value.

• Own recurring Application Security activities for multiple product teams, including secure design reviews, threat modeling, code review, testing validation, and remediation guidance. • Assess vulnerabilities and findings from scanners, testing, bug reports, and internal reviews; distinguish meaningful risk from noise and help teams focus on the most important issues. • Validate security fixes and recommend compensating controls or practical alternatives when ideal remediation is not immediately possible. • Improve day-to-day AppSec workflows by tuning checks, refining rules, improving triage quality, and integrating security more effectively into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines. • Help engineers understand security findings in practical product terms by providing clear prioritization and actionable remediation guidance. • Contribute to secure-by-default development practices by reinforcing standards, reference patterns, and review expectations. • Use structured AI workflows to support complex AppSec analysis, such as broader codebase review, design decomposition, review preparation, and documentation synthesis, while maintaining clear guardrails around prompt and context hygiene, human oversight, and output quality.
