• Manage the entire podcast production lifecycle from guest outreach and episode planning through editing, publishing, and performance reporting. • Participate in episode planning and kickoff meetings. • Maintain and update AI prompt templates used within production workflows. • Conduct pre-interview preparation calls with guests. • Manage guest outreach and booking communications. • Conduct audio and video quality checks before recording. • Download, organize, and label raw recording files. • Identify highlight-worthy moments from podcast episodes. • Schedule and publish podcast episodes across distribution platforms. • Track downloads, audience engagement, and content performance.

• Evaluate and approve recipes to ensure they are nutritionally balanced, safe, and effective. • Ensure all products align with Open Farm’s recipe standards and ingredient quality requirements. • Provide guidance on pet food formulation for dry, wet, treats, and canned products. • Maintain proper documentation and records for nutritional adequacy, feeding guidelines, and label compliance. • Assist with elevated pet parent inquiries requiring veterinary expertise. • Collaborate with our Pet Parent Experience (PPX) team to ensure product recommendations are informed by veterinary expertise. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to educate consumers on pet nutrition. • Support advertising and promotional claims with sound nutritional evidence. • Partner with FSQA, Legal, and Regulatory teams to meet labeling and regulatory requirements. • Ensure compliance with AAFCO, USDA, FDA, and FSMA standards. • Work with Purchasing and QA teams to ensure ingredient nutritional quality. • Help maintain high safety and quality standards across all pet food products. • Develop a long-term view on how Open Farm can conduct and support pet nutrition research that aligns with our business and innovation goals, and can ultimately be leveraged to strengthen the brand.

• Conduct Intake Calls with prospective patients, explaining how the Revero programs works and generating excitement to start the program • Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline and ensure that patients are moving through the enrollment process • Help with logistics including scheduling provider onboarding calls and following up to make sure accurate health information has been submitted by the patient • Help patients to schedule labs if needed and submit lab orders on behalf of patients • Get patients over the finish line and be an ongoing source of support and assistance

• Provide remote patient care on Revero’s app, communicating via texting, phone calls, and video chats • Provide education and coaching to assist patients in implementing an individualized nutrition and care plan with sustainable lifestyle changes • Address patient’s progress with the Revero’s medical staff in a detailed, timely, and effective manner; communicate medication changes and other physician recommendations to patients • Monitor and provide feedback on daily metrics including symptoms, energy, cravings, hunger, and mood • Empathize, connect, and partner with patients to ensure personal success and sustainability • Review and update medications, medical history, and laboratory values, as well as document patient interactions in Revero’s portal
