• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies • Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing methods • Call, screen, and qualify candidates • Gain knowledge of the business supported • Drive partnerships with Talent Acquisition and the business • Provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience • Full-cycle recruiting as needed to meet business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years recruiting or sourcing experience in a corporate environment or search firm
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen to comprehend business needs
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and positive attitudes are a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience sourcing at scale via events, continuous pipelining, and other methods
- Experience sourcing for niche roles in a just-in-time manner
