• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up. • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements. • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications. • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards. • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business. • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assist with final offer negotiation. • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships. • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and identify and report defects. • Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues identified during testing. • Continuously improve and optimize the QA process, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the QA team. • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance.

• Conduct a high volume of daily qualification calls to newly registered leads. • Assess customer eligibility by gathering required business and company information. • Ensure accurate documentation of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM. • Maintain timely follow-ups according to the defined qualification process. • Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality standards. • Maintain a strong Average Time to First Touch, ensuring first contact is made within 1 hour, in line with SLA requirements. • Achieve and maintain a Lead-to-Qualified Conversion Rate of over 50%.

• Own the end-to-end social media operations workflow: planning, intake, briefs, production coordination, approvals, scheduling, publishing, and post-campaign reporting. • Build and manage a monthly/weekly content calendar across priority platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok/Snapchat as needed). • Coordinate with Creative/Design, Content, Product Marketing, PR, and Growth to ensure every post aligns with messaging, brand guidelines, and deadlines. • Prepare clear creative briefs (objective, audience, message, format, CTA, deadline) and ensure assets are delivered on time. • Manage the approval process (internal stakeholders) and maintain version control for copy and creative. • Execute publishing via social media management tools, ensuring correct UTM tracking, tagging, and compliance with brand/legal guidelines. • Monitor daily performance and provide weekly/monthly insights: engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, top content themes, and recommendations. • Support major launches and moments (product releases, partnerships, PR announcements, events) with real-time coordination and fast turnaround. • Maintain operational dashboards and documentation (checklists, timelines) to improve speed and consistency. • Coordinate with community/customer teams to route inquiries, comments, and escalation items when needed.

• Develop and maintain Qoyod POS (Native Android, Kotlin, Jetpack) for invoicing, inventory tracking, and credit notes • Build offline-first architecture with local data persistence and sync strategies • Integrate hardware peripherals (printers via LAN/Bluetooth, barcode scanners) • Write clean, maintainable code following modern Android best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions • Optimize performance across different device types and network conditions • Take features from design through deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams
