• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and success criteria. • Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and performance metrics to guide execution. • Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, and technical teams to drive progress and ensure alignment. • Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability. • Support the design and implementation of business programs that meet operational and market needs. • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable workflows in collaboration with subject matter experts. • Ensure programs align with performance targets, compliance requirements, and customer expectations. • Analyze workflows across the business lifecycle to identify opportunities for improvement. • Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Collaborate with technical teams to support technology initiatives and workflow automation. • Collaborate with analytics teams to strengthen reporting, metrics, and decision-support tools. • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across internal teams and external partners. • Provide regular updates, documentation, and status reporting to maintain transparency and alignment. • Ensure project objectives align with broader business and partnership goals. • Ensure project activities adhere to regulatory requirements, standards, and internal controls. • Maintain documentation and processes that support audit readiness and compliance expectations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience within insurance, with strong knowledge of commercial P&C and familiarity with underwriting and policy administration systems.
  • Experience in an MGA, wholesale brokerage, or specialty program environment preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, complex workflows, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed team across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
